Why no customer service by phone?

Please use the contact form for customer service regarding the respective product (as mentioned above). This ensures we receive all necessary information and allows us to promptly direct your request to the right person. As we always need your license key, providing this over the phone is slow and prone to errors. Using the form also maintains a record of our communication, which can be lost in a phone call. Additionally, subsequent representatives might not be aware of prior phone discussions. While we're happy to speak over the phone when necessary, we kindly ask you to allow us to determine the best method of communication. Therefore, understand that phone calls for customer service may be brief. This isn't to inconvenience you but to ensure swift responses. We appreciate your understanding.
