Is there an extension for Gmail which works similar to the Outlook add-on?
I'm using Gmail in Chrome and would like to use a Phrase that includes the recipient's name. I currently use a different extension called Gorgias, but this extension is for Chrome only, whereas PhraseExpress works with all apps.

mh348,
you can control Gmail with PhraseExpress if you use the Gmail key codes, examples here:

Thanks for the reply, I had a look at both the links you provided, but there isn't a Gmail key code [keyboard shortcut] to get the recipients name.
Any other way or plugin that can get the recipient name?

Ah - sorry, I think I misunderstood your request.
PhraseExpress can show you a list of recipient names to choose from.
For this, create a PhraseExpress directory ("New Folder") with a phrase for each recipient (email address).
Example:
Folder e.g. with autotext @@ (and/or a hotkey)
Phrases with description and content for the recipients:
1. peter@mail.de
2. mary@gmail.com
3. etc., etc
The list is displayed with autotext @@ (or hotkey) and works with all apps.
