Help with Image Detection

So I'm using Macro Recorder Enterprise 2.0.82i and using the Detect Image function. I can detect an image where it was first located but can't find the same image if it moved anywhere else on the screen. Even if it was moved by a pixel, the image detection won't find it. It has to be at the exact same spot where it was initially located and searched for in order for it to be detectable. I even tried adjusting the color tolerance and that did nothing at all. I want to be able to detect the image from anywhere on the screen when it is or isn't in the same location. How do I do this? I'll add screenshots so you better understand what I'm trying to say.
