feature request: real screen size awareness

ShareMouse is not aware of the real sizes of the screens.
Right now the screens sizes in the monitor manager are only dependent on the resolutions of the screens.
Because of that the mouse can transition between screens at wrong positions.
If the real screen sizes can't be detected automatically it would be nice if you could manually resize the screens in the monitor manager.
