Multiple IFs for Dynamic Forms?

Is there a way to add more than one "Visible only on input in:" field for Dynamic Forms?
For instance, I want to display option 1 IF options A, B or C are selected (but not option D).

Alternatively, the ability to hide further options once a specified selection have been made could work.

Any ideas? Thanks!
