Form Field Import SOLVED

Is there a way to import items into a form field? I consistently use a macro to write multiple different emails. I use a form field to put team emails into the CC line of the email message and they change every so often. When that happens, I have to go into my different email templates and change each of the form fields. I attached one of the form field dialogs to show what I mean.
