Variables Folder NOT Being Created Automatically

Hello,

I'm using Phrase Express 15.093 (portable version) from a USB.
When I set variables, no Variables folder is being created. I have no way of easily managing the variables that I've set.
Can someone tell me how to access the values of my variables, or how to add the Variables folder to PE?

This folder is only created the first a v14 phrase file with global(!) variables is loaded in PhraseExpress v15. If you refer to temporary variables (vs retired global variables), please check the documentation: https://www.phraseexpress.com/doc/macro ... #variablen

So, do I understand you correctly...
No more global variables, only local variables (with no folder)?

Do the local variables reset every time I run the macro loop?
How do I set a global variable and also clear other local variables, but maintain the global variable until I close the program for the day?
